Making moves… new season, new energy and a new community space.
As we transition into autumn, a season of change, reflection and new beginnings, I
find myself embracing an exciting change of my own. If you haven’t already
heard…. https://www.yogabreathworks.co.uk has grown, evolved and developed
into Kula Studio — a name that means community, and one that feels so right for
this next chapter.
Change can be frightening. Taking a big leap into something new can bring
uncertainty, doubt and plenty of ‘what ifs?’ But sometimes we must face those fears,
trust in the journey and simply jump.
My new community-focused wellness centre brings people together through
movement, wellbeing and connection – and it is no coincidence that I have chosen to
open the doors in September, when we are encouraged to celebrate National
Fitness Day - on the 16 th of this month.
This has provided me with the perfect opportunity to celebrate the importance of an
active and healthy lifestyle, while introducing the local community to a new space
dedicated to their wellbeing. Kula Studio aims to be more than simply a place to
exercise; it will provide a welcoming environment where people can move, relax,
connect and feel part of a community. Since our launch at the beginning of
September, we have created an exciting platform for classes, events and
experiences that encourage people of all ages and abilities to discover new ways to
support their physical and mental wellbeing.
At this time of transition and celebration of fitness, you might feel encouraged to ask
yourself this question ...
‘What does fitness mean to you?”
And if your answer includes any of these - movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery,
mental wellbeing, preventive health, community, consistency or personalisation –
then we are here, ready to welcome you into our community….
And if you are struggling to answer this right now and are not sure what fitness
means to you, then perhaps embrace this time of transition, change and national
celebration of fitness. Come and explore everything we share at Kula Studio.
Community should be inclusive, supportive, and non-judgemental, rather than
focused solely on appearance or performance. Kula is more than a new name — it
represents growth, connection and the belief that we are stronger when we come
together. Here’s to embracing change, taking the leap and stepping into this new
season together.
