Mindful Vinyasa
There are 5 classes per week, Monday Tuesday & Wednesday at 7.15pm, Saturday 9am & 10.30am. 1 hour 15 mins of yoga including all the elements & building towards the harder poses. Classes include breath work (pranayama), physical postures (asana) linked together, relaxation & meditation. Classes build strength, tone & balance, take you from your mind into your body, stretch tight muscles & help ease aches & pains while providing challenges too!

Beginners Course
Begin, restart or deepen your yoga journey in a small friendly group class setting. Try breath work, improve mobilisation, learn the sun salutations & the basic yoga poses & try meditation at your own pace. The physical yoga practice builds muscle, improves flexibility, balance & mind body connection. Saturdays at 12pm, 1 hour of poses & 15 mins relaxation, 12 students maximum.

Chair Yoga
A fun & friendly class that uses chairs to make yoga more accessible for people with injuries & seniors. Gentle mobilisation to keep joints active, an emphasis on balance, muscle building exercises & mobility, plus neurological connections & coordination. We are a kind, nurturing welcoming community! Monday at 10.30am, 1 hour.

Slow Flow Yoga
A class that builds your yoga practice on the foundations. Ease yourself into the week with mindful movement with a few challenges. This class uses all the basic yoga poses & a few more to build your strength, balance, flexibility & mind body connection. It challenges you each week. to build your yoga practice. This class is on Monday at 6pm.

Yang to Yin & Yoga Nidra, with Sound
We take the Yang of movement & mobilisation into Yin Yoga to hold the poses for 3+ minutes creating a practice that is a slow unraveling, a letting go both physically & mentally. The Sounds of The Himalayan & crystal bowls help you drop into a meditative space & stay in stillness. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation that takes you further into a state of neuroplasticity, beneficial for stress relief, creativity & positive habit formations. Day Retreats
Indulge your love of Yoga & Sound Healing at this Day Retreat to set our intentions for the coming year! We begin with tea & welcome circle. In the morning we build our yoga practice slowly into an intensive Vinyasa Flow with arm balances & inversion options & plenty of adjustments & assists. We share a delicious lunch so we can connect. The afternoon session will begin with Meditation helping us to tune into our focus for the year. We will use MFR imelt tension then a Yin practice with Sound Bowls played above & on you. Yoga Nidra will help you reset your heartfelt wishes & an immersive sound Bath seals the day! Please register interest!

Workshops Arm Balance & Inversions
Three hours to explore arm balances & inversions. I encourage you to explore these harder poses using your strength, balance, centre of gravity & good technique. There are so many arm balances & variations to try, some will work better in your body than others, this workshop will give you time to build your skills. We warm up thoroughly & explore the poses through a longer vinyasa class with time for meditation & reflection.

One to One Yoga lessons with Helen from YogaBreathworks London
I am available to teach yoga privately, in the studio or I can travel to your place. One to one yoga can be helpful for pre & post pregnancy, getting familiar & confident with yoga, for injury specific work or focusing on the harder poses.

*NEW Yoga & Life Drawing
From January: Monthly Yoga & Life Drawing sessions on Thurday 7.30-9pm. I am partnering with local artist @penciltown to offer a unique yoga & art session: mobilise with 20 minutes freeing, positive yoga to stretch you out & mentally prepare you. Draw 1, 2 & 3 min sketches of your fellow students in yoga poses with demonstrations, & teaching all the way through. Holding the poses as a model is part of the experience too.

Corporate Classes
Would you like to offer a one-off, weekly or monthly yoga class to look after the mental & physical health of your employees? I offer corporate yoga classes, which give bonding time, tailored to your business at my studio as part of an away day or as a regular class. I can also bring the yoga to your office or event space.
