  • A Sound Bath is a holistic treatment that uses sound frequency & vibrations to take you to a deeply restful, physical & mental space.

  • Therapeutic grade instruments are played in a way to slow down your brain waves, taking you into the Theta brain wave state.

  • This takes your focus inwards, calms you down & takes your mind into a deeper state of consciousness.

  • It is an invitation to rest, to heal, to put down thinking for a while & recover from the stress you may be carrying with you. 

  • Sound Healing comes from you as you interact with the frequency & the intention of the practitioner.

  • Sound Baths are great for the time-pressed & super stressed. They can help with anxiety by calming your inner chatter & letting your mind switch off for a while. They also work for those who want to feel rested but find meditation doesn’t work for them.

  • They are also a great idea when you are feeling happy, well & unstressed, as this is an ideal time to check in with yourself & help yourself stay that way.

  • A sound Bath can leave you feeling calmer, more rested, recharged & even reenergised. Regular sound baths are more healing. 

  • You don’t have to ‘do’ anything, but it is helpful to think of it as a practice in listening, be open to your journey wherever it takes you. Keep your heart open as well as your ears!.

  • Please note they are not for everyone; contraindications include those with a mental illness, a pacemaker or epilepsy. Do chat to me is you are sensitive to noise or have Tinnitus, as it is good to be cautious & sometimes earplugs work to dull the sounds but feel the vibrations.

  • I am an Accredited Sound Healer with a Diploma from the Sound Healing School UK, provided by the IPHM

    Group Sound Bath

    One hour of sound & vibrations to soothe your nervous system, bring you back into balance, aid sleep & promote relaxation. They have a way of connecting you to self & what is important & bringing clarity. There will be a mat, blanket, bolster, eye pillow & cosy faux sheepskin provided please warm wear comfy clothes (as your temperature drops in a Sound Bath) & water for afterwards.

    One to One Sound Healing

    In a One to One Sound Healing the bowls are placed around your body directing the sound into your body. The vibrations can be deeply relaxing, taking you into the Theta brain wave state, aiding better self connection, mental clarity, deep sleep & inner calm. The healing comes from your interaction with the sound & things that brings up for you.

  • Yoga mats with blankets and face towels arranged on the floor in a meditation studio with string lights on the walls.

    Corporate Sound Healing Session

    I am available to bring Sound Healing to your employees either here in the studio or in your office space by arrangement. This offers a deeply relaxing experience for your staff to enhance their wellbeing, mange stress, connect back to self & feel happier & more focused.
