Chair Yoga
A fun & friendly class that uses chairs to make yoga more accessible for people with injuries & seniors. Gentle mobilisation to keep joints active, an emphasis on balance, muscle building exercises, functional movement & flexibility, plus neurological connections & a kind welcoming community! Monday at 10.30am all welcome.

Beginners & Improvers Yoga
Begin, restart or continue your yoga journey in a small friendly group class setting. Try breath work, improve mobilisation, learn the sun salutations & the basic yoga poses & try meditation at your own pace. The physical yoga practice builds your muscle tones, improves flexibility, balance & mind body connection. Thurdays at 7.30pm.

Slow Flow Mindful Vinyasa Yoga
A class that builds your yoga practice on the foundations. Ease yourself into the week with mindful movement with a few challenges. This class uses all the basic yoga poses & a few more to build your strength, balance, flexibility & mind body connection. It challenges you each week. to build your yoga practice. This class is on Monday at 6pm.

Mindful Vinyasa
There are 3 classes per week, Tuesday & Wednesday at 7.15pm & Saturday 10.30am. One hour 15 mins of yoga including all the elements & building towards & trying some of the harder poses. Classes include breath work (pranayama), physical postures (asana) linked together, relaxation & meditation. These classes will build your strength, tone & balance, take you out of your mind & into your body, stretch tight muscles & help ease aches & pains.

Experienced Mindful Vinyasa
There are 2 classes per week, Monday at 7.15pm & Saturday 9am. One hour 15 mins of yoga & some of the harder poses. Monday has more of a focus on arm balances & Saturday is more about inversions: handstand, headstands & forearms stand. Classes include pranayama, asana, relaxation & meditation. These classes will test your strength, tone & balance, develop mind & body connection & build your yoga practice so you can take on the harder poses.

Yin & Yoga Nidra
In Yin Yoga we hold the poses for 3-5 minutes creating a meditational practice that is a slow unraveling of thoughts & fascia, a letting go both physically & mentally. The class includes a Yoga Nidra guided relaxation that works physically & mentally to relax you and take you into a state somewhere between daydream & sleep. Entering this state of neuroplasticity is beneficial for stress relief, creativity & positive habit formations. Sunday 6pm.

*NEW Yoga & Life Drawing
Starting this September: Yoga & Life Drawing sessions! I will be partnering with various artists to offer a 4 hour session, warm up with 30 minutes of yoga then move to life drawing. In pairs you will take turns to draw & to pose, your teachers will guide you & demonstrate how to draw figures & how to hold poses for longer; 30 sec, 1, 2 & 5 min sketches build towards a final piece. Holding the poses is also an interesting experience.

Workshops Arm Balance & Inversions
Three hours to explore arm balances & inversions. I encourage you to explore these harder poses using your strength, balance, centre of gravity & good technique. There are so many arm balances & variations to try, some will work better in your body than others, this workshop will give you time to build your skills. We warm up thoroughly & explore the poses through a longer vinyasa class with time for meditation & reflection.

Day Retreat
Indulge your love of yoga with a day retreat! We begin with tea & welcome then an Astanga Yoga practice with adjustments & assists. It is followed by vinyasa flow & workshop on various arm balances. We share a delicious Vegetarian lunch cooked by @whatscookingNick so we can connect. The afternoon session will begin with MFR, moving to Yin & Yoga Nidra to leave you fully reset & relaxed for the week ahead. Please register interest!

Friday Lunchtime "Pop Up" Classes
When the studio is not booked up during the daytime with a photo shoot, I offer a lunchtime ‘pop up’ class on a Friday It seems to be a great time of the week to slip away from your desk and ease into a weekend vibe. Dates are varied, I let you know in the email newsletters each week the class is on, the class finishes super punctually so you can get back to work!

1:1 private lessons
I am available to teach you privately, in the studio at a time to suit us both. 1:1’s can be helpful for many reasons; pregnancy & post pregnancy, building your familiarity with yoga if you a are new less confident, injury specific practices plus breaking down & focusing on the harder poses or simply finding a time that is more convenient to you. Corporate Class
Would you like to offer a one-off, weekly or monthly yoga class to look after the mental & physical health of your employees? I offer corporate yoga classes, which give bonding time, tailored to your business at my studio as part of an away day or as a regular class. I can also bring the yoga to your office or event space.
